*Proof, not positioning*

# 23 documented AI engagements.

Real organizations. Real industries. Real leadership questions. This is the evidence behind the claim that Jim’s AI work is built from the client’s world outward.

### RCMP — Royal Canadian Mounted Police

*Public Safety · Surrey, BC*

Jim was brought into a two-day senior leadership event for the RCMP to explore the future impact of artificial intelligence on policing, crimefighting and public safety.

The session balanced opportunity with emerging risk: how AI can strengthen public-safety capabilities while also accelerating entirely new categories of crime made possible by technologies that are only beginning to emerge.

### KPMG Ireland

*Leadership · Dublin, Ireland*

KPMG engaged Jim for its 2024 leadership meeting as the firm moved ahead with a major AI investment, including a $200-million AI hub in Dublin. More than 1,100 professional staff were in the audience.

Rather than focusing on short-term tools, Jim took the organization through the longer-term AI Megatrends and the disruptive opportunities created by an accelerating future — framing AI as a leadership, workforce and strategic transformation issue.

### Manufacturers Association for Plastic Processors

*Manufacturing · Indianapolis, Indiana*

This manufacturing audience went well beyond generative AI into the technologies that are changing the physical operating model of industry: advanced robotics and cobotics, digital twins, spatial virtualization and AI-enabled industrial systems.

Jim explored a future in which humanoid robots work alongside existing production lines, machine vision reshapes quality control, and agile manufacturing is increasingly powered by intelligent, connected equipment and faster innovation.

### Great Lakes Construction Association

*Construction · Chicago, Illinois*

Jim addressed the Great Lakes Construction Association together with four other union contractor organizations, including Chicagoland AGC, the Midwest Wall & Ceiling Contractors Association, the Mason Contractors Association of Greater Chicago and the Underground Contractors Association.

The brief was deliberately grounded in the realities of union construction. It examined how AI could change the jobsite, methods, project delivery and skills while recognizing the workforce and labor sensitivities that arise as automation and intelligent systems move deeper into construction.

### BNSF Railway

*Supply Chain · Fort Worth, Texas*

BNSF brought Jim to its annual key-customer conference, with representatives from major retailers and logistics organizations — including companies such as FedEx and UPS — in the room.

The keynote looked beyond ChatGPT to the technologies actually changing the supply chain: last-mile delivery systems, warehouse robotics, AI-enabled drone delivery, autonomous technologies, deep data analysis and the next generation of intelligent logistics.

### Jenius Bank

*Financial Services · Charlotte, NC*

Jim took roughly 100 senior banking executives on a detailed tour of the opportunity and challenge created by AI in consumer banking, with the focus squarely on operating reality rather than abstract technology.

The discussion included fraud detection and prevention, real-time credit decisioning, customer-service support, personalized credit offers, sentiment analysis, personalized financial advice, early-warning systems and increasingly sophisticated know-your-client analysis.

### Chief Executives Organization

*CEO / Leadership · New York City*

Several hundred private-company CEOs were given a realistic overview of the acceleration of AI — the promise and the peril, the opportunity and the challenge — without hype, hysteria or utopian claims.

Jim's message was that leaders cannot allow skepticism to become an excuse for inaction. The strategic requirement is clarity: understanding where AI is genuinely changing business models, where the risks are real and where leadership needs to move now.

### HP / Intel

*Technology · San Jose, California*

HP and Intel brought Jim in to moderate and lead an executive panel discussion focused on the future impact of AI on the workforce, organizations and knowledge.

The format allowed the conversation to move beyond a conventional keynote into an interactive leadership discussion about how intelligent systems alter the way people work, how knowledge flows through an organization and how teams will need to adapt.

### East Penn Manufacturing

*Manufacturing · Lehigh, Pennsylvania*

For East Penn Manufacturing, Jim delivered a detailed exploration of the opportunity and challenge created by AI across modern manufacturing operations.

The keynote covered cobots and robotics, machine vision for product-quality inspection, accelerated manufacturing methodologies, new digital-twin design technologies and the growing role of intelligent systems in the factory of the future.

### Western Growers Association

*Agriculture · Lihue, Hawaii*

Western Growers represents some of the largest agricultural producers in California, Nevada and Arizona. Jim's keynote examined the near- and long-term impact of AI across their industry.

The future he mapped included virtualized 24-hour farms, weed-zapping robots, AI-accelerated plant genomics, machine-vision disease identification and other technologies that are steadily turning agriculture into an increasingly intelligent, data-rich industry.

### ICON plc

*Healthcare / Pharma · Dublin, Ireland*

ICON manages massive clinical drug trials around the world, including the 64,000-patient Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine trial. The company engaged Jim for a CEO-level event focused on the strategic implications of AI.

The challenge was larger than finding incremental efficiencies: how could a global clinical-research organization become fully AI-enabled, identify entirely new opportunities and disrupt its own business model before someone else did it first?

### YPO Gold

*CEO / Leadership · Houston, Texas*

A room full of CEOs wanted to understand the investment and venture-capital opportunities emerging across the many different layers of the global AI industry.

Jim turned that brief into a highly interactive and experiential keynote, helping the group look beyond the obvious applications of AI toward the broader ecosystem of technologies, companies and business models that will define where new value is created.

### CattleCon

*Agriculture · Orlando, Florida*

More than 3,000 cattle ranchers and supplier companies joined Jim for a fast-moving look at what happens as AI becomes a practical new force in the livestock and cattle industries.

The keynote connected the technology to the realities of the sector, including herd management and the growing role of intelligent systems, data and faster decision-making in an industry that is already being reshaped by connectivity and science.

### Verisk Insurance Fraud Conference

*Insurance · Houston, Texas*

The insurance industry has long used AI as an analytical tool, particularly in fraud detection. Verisk brought Jim in to look at what happens as that relationship becomes much more complex.

He challenged the audience to think about the future of insurance fraud and the new risk issues created by what he describes as the 'end of reality' — a world in which AI increasingly complicates trust, authenticity and the ability to determine what is real.

### Distribution Contractors Association

*Construction · Kona, Hawaii*

The future of construction is increasingly defined by new methodologies, advanced robotics, digital twins and rapidly changing knowledge requirements. Jim built the keynote around those shifts.

The members of the Distribution Contractors Association were taken into a future shaped by the acceleration of everything: faster methods, new technologies, continuously changing skills and the need to adapt to an operating environment that will not stand still.

### Kiewit Corporation

*Infrastructure · Toronto, Canada*

Massive infrastructure — roads, dams, bridges, energy, utilities and other complex projects — involves big bets and long-term decisions. Jim addressed Kiewit's senior leadership on how AI changes that equation.

The session focused on the organization's emerging AI-enabled future and the scale of the strategic bets required to capture the opportunity, rather than treating AI as a collection of isolated tools or small technology experiments.

### Global Cold Chain Alliance

*Supply Chain · Palm Springs, California*

Food and medical distribution demand extraordinary reliability, detailed logistics and uncompromising quality. Jim's work for the Global Cold Chain Alliance started from those operating realities.

The keynote explored how AI enables new ways of thinking, working and acting across the cold chain — changing logistics, quality, reliability, decision-making and the systems used to move critical products through complex distribution networks.

### Zurich Insurance Global Risk Management Summit

*Insurance / Risk · Lucerne, Switzerland*

Several hundred corporate risk managers from some of the world's largest organizations joined Jim for a highly customized exploration of the new risks emerging from artificial intelligence.

The central theme was the dual nature of the technology: AI brings significant promise, but also new forms of peril that will challenge long-standing assumptions about corporate risk management, governance and the speed at which exposure can emerge.

### Enterprise Bank / Enterprise University

*Cross-Industry · Virtual*

Enterprise Bank has operated its virtual Enterprise University for two decades. To launch its 2023 series, it brought Jim in for a broad briefing on the disruptive impact and opportunity of AI.

The program crossed industry boundaries, examining what AI means for retail, manufacturing, insurance, financial services, healthcare, architecture and other sectors — a demonstration of how the same technology produces very different strategic implications.

### M200

*Risk / Legal · Boston, Massachusetts*

M200 is an invitation-only group for senior risk and legal leaders from Fortune 500 companies and major insurance organizations. Jim was asked to give them a clear view of the disruptive potential of AI.

The session examined both the short- and long-term impact on their organizations and industries, with particular attention to the acceleration of risk and the challenge of managing issues that evolve faster than traditional governance models.

### AgDays

*Agriculture · Brandon, Manitoba*

Canada's largest indoor farm and agricultural show brings roughly 5,000 farmers into a massive equipment- and technology-filled event. Jim delivered his AI-in-farming keynote in a venue entirely appropriate to Manitoba: a hockey rink.

The session looked at what happens as accelerating knowledge, smart connectivity and faster science driven by AI come to agriculture — changing how producers think about operations, technology, decision-making and the future of the farm.

### Corcentric Symposium

*Supply Chain · Orlando, Florida*

Corcentric provides fleet-management software to major organizations and operates in a world where trucking and supply chains are already being transformed by accelerating technology.

Jim took a deep dive into how AI will speed that change across retail, warehousing, manufacturing, trucking, logistics and the many adjacent industries tied together by the movement of products, vehicles and information.

### Brokers & Reinsurance Markets Association

*Insurance · Orlando, Florida*

Insurance is already deeply linked to AI through risk management, market analysis and predictive analytics. Jim used that foundation to explore the much bigger transformation now underway.

He took CEOs from leading insurance and reinsurance organizations into a future of real-time underwriting and real-time risk analysis — including connected vehicles that reveal driver behavior and health connectivity that provides continuous insight into changing risk.
